At Suprhost Technologies Consulting Private Limited ("Suprhost"), we provide consulting, strategy, and property management services for short-term rentals. Since our work involves expert time, planning, and dedicated resources, cancellations and refunds follow the policy below.
1. Service Fees and Subscriptions

All consulting fees, strategy sessions, and service packages are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated upon cancellation.

If you wish to cancel a subscription, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
2. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation session if you provide at least 24 hours advance notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be considered as completed and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done once without additional charges.
3. Refunds for Technical Errors
If you experience a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or technical error during payment processing, please contact us at support@suprhost.in within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Property Management Services
For property management contracts, cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Management fees already earned for services rendered are non-refundable.
5. Digital Products and Courses
All digital products, courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered.
6. Payment Gateway
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the same payment gateway and will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information on the Suprhost website are the exclusive property of Suprhost Technologies Consulting Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Airbnb, payment gateways, and other tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
